About
I am a registered professional engineer in the states of Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. I own a civil engineering consulting firm in the Atlanta suburbs, Blue Landworks LLC. We provide consulting services to individuals and companies working on land development in the southeast.
EarthGolf is home to my golf blog and contains commentary on a number of subjects related to golf including, but not necessarily limited to, golf course architecture and development, professional tours and editorials. The blog opened on April 24th, 2007.
So what makes me qualified to comment on such lofty subjects like golf course architecture? Well, nothing much beyond a deep interest in the subject. I have provided civil/site engineering and surveying services for golf courses, both existing and proposed. I’ve worked in land development and site design for more than 10 years – working with developers, contractors, architects and environmental consultants on more projects that I can remember. I’ve been playing the game since 1990.
